Designed to Help Idahoans Research their Reset
We asked Idaho employers from every region of the state to complete a detailed survey to identify the most relevant skills that would help applicants to be successful in their industries. Then, we interviewed training providers to match the current course offerings to in-demand skills. We have partnered with the Idaho Department of Labor and their career planners to provide help for job seekers looking to find a quick path to the training they need and access to funds to pay for that training.

Outreach & Ad Campaign Schedule
The outreach advertising campaign for Idaho LAUNCH begins October 19th. Ads will appear online (search, display, social) and “on air” (radio, streaming audio, connected TV). An email campaign will also reach interested individuals who have submitted the form to connect with a career planner. Partners will receive posts for social media (posted here and sent via email). To get this content out quickly, follow our LinkedIn and Facebook pages and share our posts directly there.
IMPORTANT: the outreach is front-loaded in this time window to ensure there is enough time for participants to go through the training funds and course application process before December 31, when the first round of CARES Act funding expires. Some training funds will still be available after Dec. 31, but the opportunity is greater for those who can get through the process before that deadline.
